Brooklyn-based boutique events company Electric Lila was formed in 2008.
We specialize in the production and marketing of concerts and booking talent to various established venues in New York, as well as explore sponsorship opportunities with relevant brands for mutual effectiveness. With a keen eye on current and upcoming trends in Music, Events and New Media we implement grassroots and non-traditional marketing techniques for music and non-music clients. We furnish custom-made marketing plans, communication strategies and press releases to effectively promote the events we put together.
Among the festivals we produce are the NY Gypsy Festival, a world music-leaning festival started in 2005, and "Istanbulive: The Sounds & Colors of Turkey," an ambitious concert inaugurated at Central Park SummerStage, which became one of the highest attended summer shows in 2009 and 2010. Additionally, we presented, and continue to do so, various shows at Joe's Pub, Le Poisson Rouge, Symphony Space, Hiro Ballroom, Drom, The Bell House, among other venues in New York.
We have successfully offered brands such as Budweiser Light Lime, David Barton Gym, Cartier, Sambazon and Sagatiba sampling and branding opportunities at our private and/or public events to further the visibility of their products and services. We continue to work with appropriate brands for synergistic results via key events.
